Remove the rack (Fig. 8). Remove the grease filter (Fig. 8) at the rear of the oven chamber by lifting up and out. Remove the fan baffle (Fig. 9) by lifting up and out. Remove the rack retainer (Fig. 9) normally located under the grease filter and fan baffle. Wash the removed parts in a sink with warm soapy water, rinse with clear water, and dry with a clean dry cloth. Clean all areas of the oven and all parts.
