39/119 Connecting Optional Equipment Connecting other equipment Connect to: (36) LAN Connect to:Connect with: (35) / PC IN LAN cable Connect with: You can enjoy contents stored in DLNAPC cable with ferrites, audio cable compatible devices via a network (55). It is recommended to use a PC cable with ferrites, such as the “Connector, D-sub 15” (ref. 1-793-504-11, available in Sony Service Centre), or an equivalent. 40/119 Connecting Optional Equipment Connect to: (36) CAM (Conditional Access Module) Provides access to pay TV services. For details, refer to the instruction manual supplied with your CAM. To use the CAM, remove the “dummy” card from the CAM slot, then turn off the TV and insert your CAM card into the slot. When you are not using the CAM, we recommend that you keep the “dummy” card in the CAM slot. • Do not insert the smart card directly into the TV CAM (Conditional Access Module) slot. It must be fitted into the Conditional Access Module provided by your authorised dealer. • CAM is not supported in some countries/areas. Check with your authorised dealer.
