If your lamp expired and you think it is covered by warranty, contact ASK Proxima Technical Support. Proof of purchase may be required for exchange. Are there optional warranties? You can purchase several extended warranties for the projector, as long as the original factory warranty is still active. Extended warranties can be purchased from your ASK Proxima reseller. What is the warranty on accessories (excluding lamps)? From the date of purchase, ASK Proxima warrants that the customer replaceable and accessory products will conform to the manufacturers' specifications and be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year. How can I find out if my projector is under warranty? Contact ASK Proxima Customer Service with your serial number. A proof of purchase may be required for warranty validation.
