Assemble the box before cutting the holes for the subwoofers. After the box is assembled, connect an amplifier to the subwoofer, and listen for whistling noises and buzzes. If the box will be mounted in a vehicle, it should be fastened securely. "L" shaped brackets work adequately. Simple Math To build a box, some math calculations must be made using the formulas below.
