This water heater must be installed in accordance with local codes or, in the absence of local codes, the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1-Latest Edition) and/or in Canada CAN/CGA B149 Installation Codes (Latest Editions). The warranty for this water heater is in effect only when the water heater is installed, adjusted, and operated in accordance with these Installation and Operating Instructions. The manufacturer will not be held liable for any damage resulting from alteration and/or failure to comply with these instructions. This water heater is not design certified for installation in a mobile home. Such an installation may create a hazardous condition and will nullify the warranty.
