Exposure to radio frequency energy Radio wave exposure and Specific AbsorptionRate (SAR) information This mobile phone model B2100 has beendesigned to comply with applicable safetyrequirement for exposure to radio waves. Thisrequirement is based on scientific guidelines thatinclude safety margins designed to assure thesafety of all persons, regardless of age andhealth. • The radio wave exposure guidelines employ aunit of measurement known as the SpecificAbsorption Rate, or SAR. Tests for SAR are conducted usingstandardized method with the phonetransmitting at its highest certified power level inall used frequency bands. • While there may be differences between theSAR levels of various LG phone models, theyare all designed to meet the relevant guidelinesfor exposure to radio waves. • The SAR limit recommended by theInternational Commission on Non-IonizingRadiation Protection (ICNIRP), which is 2W/kgaveraged over ten (10) gram of tissue. • The highest SAR value for this model phonetested by DASY4 for use at the ear is 0.923W/kg (10g). • SAR data information for residents in countries/regions that have adopted the SARlimit recommended by the Institute of Electricaland Electronics Engineers (IEEE), which is 1.6W/kg averaged over one (1) gram of tissue.
