This matrix shows supported platforms for the VSS integration only. Data Protector also supports open file backups using
VSS with disk agent backup, which are supported on the Windows platforms where VSS service is available. Open file
backups using VSS with the DP Disk Agent are available as part of the base DP product, so neither the DP VSS module nor
any extra licensing is required.

Only ZDB to tape is supported
The XCS version support is driven by supported EVA model and CommandView (CV) version. Data Protector supports al XCS
versions for the EVAs which are supported by certified CV versions. Backup using Mirrorclone and snapshots from Mirrorclone is
supported through using Replica type Default and appropriate HWP configuration. Only ZDB to tape is supported using
Mirrorclone and snapshots from Mirrorclone.
