This warranty does not cover parts damaged due to normal wear, abnormal conditions,misapplication,misuse,accidents,operationatotherthanrecommended voltage, pressures or temperature, improper storage or freight damage. Parts damaged or worn by operation in dusty environments are not warranted. Failure to follow recommended operating and maintenance procedures also voids warranty. 4. Laborcharges,lossordamageresultingfromimproperoperation,maintenance (other than routine air tank draining and oil changes, if applicable) or repairs made by persons other than a Authorized Service Center. 5. The use of other than Genuine Manufacturer Repair Parts will void warranty. Parts returned, prepaid to our factory or to an Authorized Service Center will be inspected and replaced free of charge if found to be defective and subject to warranty. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer bear any responsibility for loss of use of the unit, loss of time or rental, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages.
