Defective parts not subject to normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced at our option during the warranty period. In any event, reimbursement is limited to the purchase price paid. EXCLUSIONS 1. This warranty does not cover parts damaged due to normal wear, misapplication, misuse, operation at other than recommended. Failure to follow recommended operating and maintenance procedures also voids warranty. 2. The use of other than genuine manufacturer repair parts will void warranty. 3. Warranty will be void if used in any application other than consumer / homeowner. Parts returned, prepaid to our factory or to an Authorized John Deere Service Center will be inspected and replaced free of charge if found to be defective and subject to warranty.
