STEP 1 Step 1: Lift seatback to the upright position. Step 2: Refer to diagram on far right for directions on securing upright position. Step 3: Insert receptacle (4) into adapter cord(2). Step 4: Plug adapter (2) into outlet. Step 5: Turn Power/Volume Control (B) clockwise. Step 6: Refer to pages 7 & 8 for connection to media devices. Fold fabric down. Secure flap with use of hook & loop fastener. B. 4 STEP 3 Flap maintains the seat’s upright position. 6 2 CONNECTING TO GAME CONSOLES Note: All game consoles are supplied with a custom connector with yellow video out and RCA red/white audio out. Note: It may be necessary to extend your BoomChair™ B42 further away from your TV or console. Here’s how. (Fig.3) Step 1: Step 2: Plug yellow composite video cable from game console into video input of TV. (Fig. 1) Plug Red/White RCA cord from game console into RCA INPUT (F) of BoomChair™ B42. (Fig. 2) Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: Connect Audio Coupler (3c) to Red/ White RCA cord from game console. Connect one end of RCA cord (3b) into other end of Audio Coupler (3c). Connect other end of RCA cord (3b) into RCA INPUT (F) of BoomChair™ B42. Alternate Connection: Connect directly from the TV Audio Out to the BoomChair™ Audio Input using the RCA audio cords provided. Repeat steps 2 and 3 from second chair to connect more BoomChair™ B42’s. A: Ensure your BoomChair™ B42 is connected as described in the Setup Guide. Check that the power to the unit is on and the volume is turned up. Also, make sure your audio device is not set to “MUTE” and volume is turned up. Q: Why isn’t there sound coming from one of the speakers? A: Ensure the audio cord to the BoomChair™ B42 is securely connected as described in the Setup Guide. Make sure that both the left and right channel audio inputs and outputs are securely connected to the BoomChair™ B42 and audio device. Q: Where can I get more information?
