There may be a leak from the coupling to the gas bottle.. Turn off the gas taps. Check that the coupling is sound. The safety valve on one of the burners is not working. The grooves on the diffuser are dirty. Clean the grooves on the diffuser. The childproof lock indicator light comes on. The electricity has come back on after a power failure or voltage drop. Deactivate the childproof lock (see page 10). If the problem continues contact the Technical Assistance Service. Operating indicators and error messages v Child lock is activated. The main switch indicator lights up. The main switch indicator and the other operating indicators light up. The main switch indicator lights up, the operating indicator for one burner flashes. Main switch indicator off, the operating indicator for one burner flashes. The main switch indicator lights up and the other operating indicators flash in succession. Main switch indicator off, all operating indicators flash in succession. Press the switch for 4 seconds to activate the appliance. The appliance is ready for use. All the burners are switched on or are already hot. The burner could not be switched back on (because it is dirty, there are bits of food stuck to it, the burner components are not correctly positioned, or there is a strong draught). Operating error, control knobs on without first switching on the main switch or the safety shutdown. Appliance has been on for more than six hours. Protection against overheating: turn all the control knobs to setting 0, allow the appliance to cool down until the operating indicators go out or the residual heat warning light comes on. Electronic error: turn all the control knobs to setting 0, restart the appliance (by pressing the main switch). If the indicators on the appliance continue to flash, call customer services. Technical Assistance Service When contacting our Technical Assistance Service, please provide the product number (E-No.) and production number (FD) of the appliance. This information is given on the specifications plate located on the lower section of the hob and on the label in the user manual. Warranty conditions The applicable warranty conditions are those set out by the company's representative office in the country of purchase. Detailed information is available from retail outlets. Proof of purchase must be presented to obtain the benefits of the warranty. We reserve the right to introduce changes.
