Whether used as a hand-held scanner or in hands-free mode in a stand, the LS1900 Series ensures comfort and ease of use for extended periods of time. Note: Unless otherwise noted, the term LS190xx refers to all versions of the scanner. Plug the interface cable modular connector into the cable interface port on the bottom of the LS1900 Series handle. Upon successful decode, the scanner beeps and the LED turns green. 2 Quick Reference Quick Reference In the stand, the scanner is in constant-on mode. When you remove the scanner from the stand it operates in its normal hand-held mode (e.g., constant-on mode or trigger mode, depending on the model). 1. Insert scanner in stand. 2.
