These cables are ideal for connecting computers, DVD players, and HDTV decoders with DVI digital video ports to flat panel displays, data projectors, plasma displays, and other display devices that feature DVI digital video ports. While traditional DVI digital video patch cables can transmit only digital video signals up to 15' (4.5 m), IN9700 Series cables offer the bandwidth and specialized performance characteristics necessary to transmit single-link TMDS signals up to 75' (22 m). For applications requiring short cable runs from 3' (1 m) to 15' (22 m), there are Extron’s economical series of DVI digital video patch cables.
