Press the Operation Key to execute the function. See Figure 1. Numerical Value Input Key: Numerical value can be registered by ‘ENT’ key. If the value entered is out of the defined range, beep sounds will be on for 3 times. ‘ESC’ key is used for returning to the original value. See Figure 2. [Summary] Figure 8 is a confirmation screen. The Operator needs to check that the Wash Buffer Bottle and Antibody Reservoir are filled, and that the Waste Bottle is emptied prior to the Auto-Run. Press “Start” key.
