Tank may not be seated properly Pick up both the Water Tank and Formula Tank and reseat them so they fit snugly on the unit. Solution or Water Tank is Empty Check fluid levels in Heavy Duty Bladder and Formula Tank. 2-in-1 Tank has picked up maximum Empty 2-in-1 Tank and Refill with dirty water Clean Hot Tap water into the Heavy Duty Bladder.
