If the stopper is incorrectly positioned or if the vial is under filled, a FAIL output is sent from the vision sensor to the filling machine. ▲ Bottle Label Alignment The P4 EDGE measures the horizontal displacement between the labels and verifies that each individual label is applied straight and not skewed. ▲ Syringe Assembly Verification The P4 EDGE checks for the presence of a needle and verifies that it is straight.
