1) and replace it before ensuring that the ribbed griddle is placed firmly in position above the fish burner and that the surface is completely level (Fig. 2/3) USE The griddle can be used to grill or gratinate food, or as a barbecue. The griddle works best with both burners switched on. Allow a few minutes for the griddle plate to worm up before starting cooking. CLEANING AFTER USE It is easier to clean the griddle when it is still warm. Do not place in water immediately after use, but wait until it cools down a little. Remove from the cooker and clean using a brush for cast iron pans, hot water and normal washing up detergent.
