It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar' ith the unit BEFORE you use it. #41491 Pa le 2 Operation Step 1) With one hand on each side of the binoculars, move the binoculars so that you are seeing through both eyepieces. You should be able to view with both eyes open as you would when seeing normally. Step 2^ Located in-between the eyepieces in the middle of the binoculars is a knurled wheel. This is the focusing mechanism. While holding the binoculars up to your eyes, turn the center focusing mechanism. Turning this mechanism will quickly bring your target into focus. Step 3) For fine-tuning; there is a smaller mechanism located on the right eyepiece tube. Turn this wheel for small adjustments in viewing. Note: The fine-tuning is located on the right eyepiece. The left-hand eyepiece contains no adjusting mechanisms. Maintenance and Storage Step 1) Avoiding the lens, wipe down the body of the binoculars with a soft cloth. Always replace tl lens caps when the Scope is not in use. This will protect the lens from scratches and othe damage resulting from exposure to dust, wind and the elements. This will also protect it if t Binoculars are bumped or dropped. Step 2) Only clean your lens with a non-scratch type cloth. This cloth can be purchased in a camera store. Other rough cloth...
