Naturally, the functions for sound creating are separately provided in each channel, which allows individual sound creations. The created sounds can be mixed at any rate you like and sent out. Furthermore, the 6-band built-in Graphic Equalizer can be used to process the created sounds even more. If you set the both channels exactly the same, perfect dual-voice sounds are obtained and a chorus effect will prove even more natural. SOUND CREATION AND THE CHANNELS The EP-6060 is provided with two separate channels {CH-A, CH-B), and the functions of each channel are slightly different. The FEET selector of the CH-A has two positions (8', 16’), while that of the CH-B offers three positions (8’, 16', 5-1/3'). The decay time of the CH-B is slightly shorter than that of the CH-A when both DECAY TIME knobs are turned fully counterclockwise. This is because that the CH-A is meant to be the main channel and the CH-B subordinate one. The basic sound creating method of the EP-6060 is to add the sound generated in the CH-B to what generated in the CH-A, e.g. if you set the FEET selector of the main channel A to 16' and the DECAY TIME knob to LONG, and those of the subordinate channel B to 5-1/3' and SHORT, you can obtain an organ-fike sound with a percussion effect on pressing a key.
