REAR PANEL REC-OUT JACK EXT. PRE-OUT/MAIN HEADPHONE SPEAKER IN JACK JACK JACK POWER SWITCH FUSE HOLDER REC-OUT JACKS A Line-In or Aux-in can be connected. Both channels are "Mono". PRE-OUT JACKS For connecting input of Effect device, Echo Unit and so on. HEADPHONE JACK Stereo headphones (such as Roland RH~ 10) may be plugged into this jack for private listening. The speaker does not work when this jack is connected. EXT. B-3 BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICING Please check the condition according to the table given below, in case the unit does not function properly. If the trouble were to still persist after checking, then contact your dealer. Trouble symptom Possible cause Action to be taken The pilot lamp does not turn on without sound generation, even if the power switch was turned on. Improper power cable connection. See if the power cable is connected in proper manner. The pilot lamp turns on, but sound is not generated. Volume is set to the lowest position. Turn it to a proper level. No Reverb turns on. The Reverb volume is set to the lowest position. Or Reverb switch is set at OFF. Turn the volume to proper level.Or, turn Reverd SW on. The sound is distorted. Excessive input. Decrease the volume to proper level. Turn attenuator SW on. (pull the volume) CAUTIONS • Locating neon or fluoresent lamp near to the amplifier and instruments may cause to have noise interference. In such a case, get them relocated out of interference range. • Be sure to set the amplifier volume to "0” before pulling the cable out, because it might damage the speaker owing to unacceptable load. • To make connection of an instrument to the amplifier, be sure to connected the instrument in the first piace, then connect to the amplifier. Observe the reverse sequence when disconnected. • Avoid strong shock to the amplifier. In addition, do not move the amplifier while it is operating. • Do not use it in such a location where much humidity or dust is prevailing. It may load to troubles. • Use a neutral detergent to clean the amplifier. Do not use thinners. • Use the specific fuse when replacement is required.
