Accessories make the Poseidon 5 Series an even more effective and reliable work partner. Detergent Dosing The detergent-dosing system is simple, thanks to a large and clearly visible dosing button. The system also offers precise detergent concentration adjustment. Sturdy Frame The Poseidon 5 Series is mounted on a sturdy and durable 11/4” steel frame with lifting handles located on the front and sides. Optimal Stability The Poseidon5 Series is stable and easy to transport with two large, wide wheels, shock absorbers and two resting feet. The features ensure optimal stability, good ground clearance and maneuverability over uneven ground and stairs. Easy-to-Use We have focused on making installation, preparation and use of the POSEIDON 5 Series as easy and quick as possible. All control and installation elements--such as the on/off switch, detergent regulation, pressure/flow regulation and couplings-- are situated in one area, making life much easier. No time wasted; just jump right in to cleaning. Quality evolution is the force behind the Poseidon 5 Series The new generation of ALTO NP5 motor-pump units is specifically developed to suit the professional market. The units offer cost- effective performance, durability and low noise levels. No compromises were made in the construction of components or systems: • Totally Enclosed, Fan-Cooled (TEFC), 1750- rpm, slow-running motor results in a more- than-50-percent reduction in noise, and resists corrosion even in ammonia-rich envi- ronments • Full ceramic piston sleeves with high resistance to wear and tear • Brass pump head and reinforced cylinder heads for longer life • Tapered roller bearings capable of carrying twice the load of normal bearing systems • Closed oil system with easy filling and empty- ing capabilities; includes oil sight glass • Patented unloader valve • Automatic Start/Stop Feature • Extremely efficient, stainless-steel Tornado lance • KEW accessories And of course, the entire motor-pump unit is manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 quality control, living up to traditional ALTO standards. Storage Capacity Equipment storage on the Poseidon 5 Series makes opera- tion a breeze. An optional hose reel protects the hose from dam- age; two lances can be snapped on to the machine, and there are storage hooks to coil the electri- cal cord. To ensure that the Poseidon5 Series can be adapted to specific cleaning requirements, it is equipped with a large and easy-to-use knob to regulate pressure and flow directly at the pump.
