Do not feed current to the output. The load must be a 50 . pure resistor terminated at ground potential. • Before connecting the input and output terminals, ground the other equipment (including test circuits) with a ground wire. These parts are extremely vulnerable to static electricity. Therefore, never remove the bottom cover. • The hybrid ICs inside this instrument are hermetically sealed. Never break this seal. If the hybrid ICs are unsealed and the instrument deteriorates performance as specified, note that the maintenance may be refused. • Ventilation holes are drilled into the bottom cover.
