Contact your physician or diabetes counselor about your condition. 2. Rerun test with new strip and apply sufficient sample to fill Test Strip. Hold test end to sample until after the “beep”. 3. Rerun test using a new, unexpired Test Strip. 4. Use correct Code Strip provided with carton of Test Strips being used. “H.” display. CAUTION: Glucose levels above 250 mg/dL (13.9 mmol/L) may indicate a potentially serious medical condition. 22 1. The blood glucose value may be above 600 mg/dL (33.3 mmol/L). 2. Same as #3 above. 1.
