The CLA7BT has been developed to facilitate the use of a Bluetooth capable cellular phone, landline phone, or audio device with a t-coil equipped hearing aid for hands-free wireless operation. Features: • 30 dB Adjustable Amplification • Compatible with standard Bluetooth Version 1.2/2.1 Devices • 30 foot range (maximum) • User-friendly controls and easy pairing • Great for mobile, office and home applications. The CLA7BT generates an amplified induction (loop) signal that is picked up by the telecoil of your hearing aid(s). This option in the HA is activated by setting the hearing aid(s) to the “T” or “MT” position. Please read this User Manual carefully in order to get the very best results from your CLA7BT. Any use of a device must be in accordance with applicable regulations per airline crew instructions. RECHARGING: When you hear 5 rapid beeps through your hearing aid or repeated at 20 second intervals and the LED indicator turns red you will need to recharge the battery. After the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off. It takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to fully charge the battery. Do not charge for more than 24 hours. Over extended periods of time, the battery will gradually wear down and require longer charging times. This is normal. The more you talk on the phone using your CLA7BT the less standby time your battery has. HOW TO CHARGE: 1 Using AC Power Supply - Connect the 3.5mm end of the USB cable into the charging port of the CLA7BT, and then connect the other end into the USB jack of the base charger. Plug the base charger into a standard AC wall outlet. The CLA7BT is fully charged when the light goes out. After a full charge remove the charger from the wall outlet and detach the USB cable from the unit. 2 Using Car Charger - Connect the 3.5mm end of the USB cable into the charging port of the CLA7BT, and then connect the other end into the USB jack of the car charger.
