Note When a route is being calculated, the navigation software automatically plots routes already travelled in the background. The GPS tracks for these routes are either saved in the UserTracks folder on the storage card, or the MyFlashDisk\UserTracks folder directly on the device, if no storage card is available (depends on device). The route record is stopped automatically when the Trip info information is reset. 2.5.6 Other Applications If your navigation system has other applications, these can be started directly from the navigation software. 2.6 Settings It is possible to configure the navigation software individually using a number of setting options. - 22 - 2.6.1 Settings for the unit The following settings can be adjusted on your unit: Here you can view the charging status of the device’s battery and whether the device is charging at present. Furthermore, to save electricity you can select times for mains or battery operation, after which the device is switched off. In this settings template you can re-calibrate the touch screen when this does not react accurately to the touch. For calibration, a cross appears in the middle of the screen.
