LR8M03 is suitable for many applications, such as human body or pet monitoring, vehicle security etc. Not only transmitting the longitude and latitude coordinate to your cell phone by SMS, but also transmitting the longitude and latitude coordinate to your PC by the Internet connection of GPRS and then displaying the location by specific map software. There are four quick dial buttons for dialing pre-set numbers. With the superior sensitivity GPS chip on hand, the LR8M03 can easily get a fix even in urban canyon condition. Users can also benefit from its compact size, lightweight, as well as long working hours. (GSM stand by time up to 65 hours) By using Google Earth*, users can easily locate the tracker's position without extra expense. Also, please keep the box and packing material for future use in the event of future shipments. 3 3 Getting to Know Your LR8M03 Earphone Mini USB Connector External Antenna Jack LED Speaker Volume Switch SOS Button Function keys Power Button 4 LED Light Signal Definitions When LR8M03 is turned on, the LED light will flash green. When the battery is being charged, the LED light will turn red. The LED will turn green when the battery is fully charged. 5 4LR8M03 Set Up Before Installation You need to have two GMail* accounts: one for Monitor, and the other for Tracker. GMail is a free email service from Google. If you don't have them, please go to or to register two accounts. Installing the Monitor Double-click the executable file MonitorV2_2.33.exe and the screen below will appear. Before you go on, please make sure the following items are ready: 1. The PC is connected to the Internet. 2. The Tracker and the USB cable are at hand. Click Next. : GMail and Google are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. 6 The wizard will begin the installation. Click Install. If the Tracker is not turned on or is not connected to the computer, a dialog box will pop up as shown above. Power on the Tracker and connect it to the computer with the USB cable. Click Next. 7 When you install the 8M03 driver for the first time, your system will treat your 8M03 as a USB device. Therefore the dialog box below will show up: Do as instructed. Click Next. The screen below will show up. Choose the first option and click Next. The wizard will show up. 8 Choose the second option and click Next. Choose "Don't search. I will choose the driver to install". Click Next. 9 The window tells you that the USB Modem Driver is not digitally signed. Click Next. Ignore the warning. Click Continue Anyway. 10 The wizard is installing the driver.
