This eliminates someone removing documents from the feeder and forgetting to replace them. Setting Press the MENU button 5 times. Each key is used to program communication parameters and starting time as well as a phone number in a direct call station key. The programmed operation works automatically by just pressing the appropriate PRIORITY key. This is very useful when you perform the same functions frequently. You are able to set these keys once eliminating lengthy programming each time you perform a function. The types of operations that can be set in a PRIORITY key include (1) delayed transmission, (2) (delayed) multi transmission, (3) (delayed) single station polling, (4) (delayed) multi station polling, (5) (delayed) turnaround polling. Note: •The PRIORITY keys can also be used as direct call station keys #1 to #5, but they cannot be used for two purposes. For example, if the direct call station key #1 has already been used for a number, it cannot be used as the PRIORITY key #1. •You can print out the PRIORITY KEY LIST for confirmation after programming. (See page 4-6.) Direct call station keys PRIORITY keys 3-19 Initial procedure for programming 1 2 3 4 5 Example: The PRIORITY key #1 Press the MENU button 5 times.
