To deactivate the USB browser or want to switch to DVD playback, simply unplug the USB connection. 5.9 TV & Radio Before installation, please make sure you are in an area with sufficient DTTV signal coverage.You can check the signal coverage on country TV broadcast authority or visit 5.9.1 Antenna connection Before you start searching TV channels, connect the DVD player to the antenna as shown. bypack antenna home antenna 5.9.2 Setup DTTV channels Country Settings Before proceeding to Auto/Manual search, you must set up your country settings. 1 Press SETUP. 2 Select TV & Radio,press 2; to confirm. 3 Select Country,press 2; to enter country list. 4 Select your current country, press 2; to confirm. 5 To exit this menu, press SETUP. Auto search 1 Press SETUP. 2 Select TV & Radio,press 2; to confirm. 3 Select Channels Setup. 4 Select Auto Search,press 2; to confirm. 5 To start Auto Search, press 2;. 6 Auto channel search starts. 7 When Auto channel search is completed, the screen displays the total number of TV and Radio channels found. When all the digital TV and Radio stations have been found, the scan progress will arrived to 100%, the first found program will play automatically after 3 seconds. Manual Search 1 Press SETUP. 2 Select TV & Radio. 3 Select Channel setup,press 2; to confirm. 4 Select Manual Search,press 2; to confirm. 5 Use 3 / 4 to select a channel number. To start searching, press 2;. 6 When Manual channel search is completed, the screen displays the total number of TV and Radio channels found. •To add new found channels to your player’s channel list, press 2;. •To exit menu and watch program, press SETUP. •To manual search again, press RETURN. 5.9.3 Enjoy TV programs To change channels To change to a different channel, you can either press CH-/CH+, or enter channel number with numeric ke gs 5.9.4 Settings Parental control 1 Press SETUP. 2 Select TV & Radio > DTTV Parental. 3 Press 2; to enter sub menu. 4 Select a parental age, press 2; to confirm. 5 Enter password (preset password is 9999). 6 Press SETUP to exit the current settings screen. Time Zone 1 In DVB menu, press SETUP. 2 Select TV & Radio > Time Zone. 3 Press 2; to enter sub menu. 4 Select your current time zone, press 2; to confirm. 5 During the summer time please add one hour yourself. 5.9.5 Manage Channels Through Manage Channels,you can hide a channel from the player’s channel list, or add parental protection to a channel(s). 1 Press SETUP. 2 Go to Channels Setup > Manage Channels. 3 Press 2; to enter sub menu. 4 Use the 3 / 4 to select the channel that you want to hide from the player’s channel list, or add parental protection. Press )K to next page. • Select the channel you want to indicate as a favourite by using the arrow buttons. Press the red colour button to add the channel to the favourites. •To hide a channel from the player’s channel list, press the blue key. •To add parental protection to a channel, press the yellow key. Enter the password, press 2; to confirm (preset password is 9999). 5 Press SETUP to save the settings and exit. On Screen Program Information INFO •To view brief information of current program, press INFO. - Channel number - Program name -Local time - Channel information icons : locked channel : scrambled channel (subscription required) :program contains subtitles :program contains teletext : channel is a favorite channel :Program contains different audio languages 5.9.6 Electronic program guide (EPG) EPG offers an overview of a channel’s today programs. Information available include channel name, program title, start and end time. Not all channels offer extensive EPGs. 1 To access EPG, press EPG. 2 To view list of channel use the UP/DOWN tp highlight Channel, then press PLAY/PAUSE to enter submenu. To return to EPG menu, press J( . 3 To view list of upcoming programs of the selected channel, use 3 / 4 to highlight Program, press 2; to enter submenu. >A list of upcoming programs is displayed. 4 To exit EPG menu, press EPG. 5.9.7 List To view available channels in your country. 1 Press LIST. 2 Press 3 / 4 to select a channel. 3 To change channel, press 2;. Teletext If the current channel has Teletext available, will be shown in the program OSD screen. You can access Teletext by pressing TELETEXT. The program may request using color key to access or control the viewing feature.
