Refer servicing to qualified service personnel only. Insignia NS-10PDH 10.1" Portable DVD Player Connecting the AC adapter To connect the AC adapter: 1 Plug the AC adapter into the DC IN jack on the left side of your player. Left side of player 2 Plug the AC adapter plug into a 110 V power outlet. Caution Always turn off your player before you unplug the AC adapter, or you may damage your player. Connecting the car adapter To connect the car adapter: 1 Plug the car adapter into the DC IN jack on the left side of your player. 2 Plug the other end of the adapter into a car cigarette lighter socket. 3 Turn on your player. Cautions • You cannot use the car adapter to charge the battery. • Do not connect the car adapter to a vehicle which uses a voltage of 24 V. See the documentation that came with the vehicle. • If the display does not work normally when the vehicle is running, disconnect the car adapter and turn off your player. Reconnect the adapter, wait a few seconds, then turn on your player. Connecting a TV Right side of player TV To connect a TV: 1 Plug the mini AV connector into the AV OUT jack on the right side of your player. 2 Plug the yellow connector into the VIDEO IN jack on the TV. Tip If your amplifier has a coaxial digital input jack, you can connect your player to your amplifier using the COAXIAL OUT jack on your player. OPEN 3 Place the disc, label side up, into the disc tray. 4 Press the disc tray cover down to close the tray. 5 Press to start disc playback.
