• Slice fruit and vegetables into small pieces before putting them into the jug. • Start at low speed (I) to avoid splashes in the open jug. Switch to high speed (II) if and when required. CLEANING • Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning. • Allow the blender to cool before dismantling and/or cleaning. • Do not use scouring powder, steel wool or other aggressive cleaning materials, as they can scratch the surface of the appliance. • Use a damp cloth (warm water) and a little detergent if necessary. Wipe off with a dry cloth. • Wash removable parts in warm water with a little detergent added. Rinse all parts thoroughly and dry before replacing them. • Take great care when cleaning and handling the blades as they are very sharp. • Do not immerse the motor unit in water. Do not allow water to seep into it. Heben Sie die Anleitung auf, damit Sie darin nachschlagen konnen. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Normale Anwendung • Der unsachgema.e Gebrauch des Mixers kann zu Verletzungen und zu Schaden am Gerat fuhren. • Benutzen Sie das Gerat nur zu den in der Bedienungsanleitung genannten Zwecken. Der Hersteller haftet nicht fur Schaden, die durch unsachgema.en Gebrauch verursacht werden (siehe auch die Garantiebedingungen). • Der Mixer darf nur mit 230 V, 50 Hz, betrieben werden. • Der Motor des Mixers und das Netzkabel durfen nicht mit Wasser oder anderen Flussigkeiten in Kontakt kommen. • Trennen Sie das Gerat von der Steckdose, wenn Sie es nicht benotigen, unbeaufsichtigt lassen, zusammenbauen, Zubehor an- bzw. abbauen oder reinigen. • Vor dem Entfernen von Zubehor und vor der Reinigung sollte der Mixer abkuhlen. • Verwenden Sie ausschlie.lich vom Hersteller empfohlenes Zubehor. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Messer wahrend des Betriebs nicht beruhren. Finger oder Gegenstande durfen nicht wahrend des Betriebs in den Mixer gesteckt werden. • Die Messer sind sehr scharf und mussen vorsichtig gereinigt werden. • Der Mixer ist nicht fur den gewerblichen Gebrauch oder den Gebrauch im Freien geeignet. Sicherer Betrieb • Lassen Sie das Kabel nicht uber die Kante der Kuchentheke hangen und verlegen Sie es nicht in die Nahe von hei.en Gegenstanden oder offenem Feuer (Gasherd). • Das Gerat muss auf einer waagerechten und stabilen Unterlage betrieben werden.
