After initialization, the transmit light will go out. Initially, set the transmitter volume control to a middle setting. Once audio is detected at the audio input, the transmit light will go on and the transmitter will transmit the audio signal. When audio is no longer detected, the transmitter will go into standby mode after approximately one minute. The transmit light will go out. During standby mode, no signal is transmitted.
