Should I be concerned? Answer: The humming sound is gas flowing through the regulator. A low volume of noise is normal and will not interfere with the operation of your grill. If the humming noise is loud and excessive, you need to purge air from the gas line or reset the regulator flow limiting device following the Regulator Resetting Procedure under Connecting LP Cylinder and Hose/Regulator to Grill. This procedure should be done every time a new LP gas tank is connected to your grill. Lay cardboard down to protect grill finish and assembly area. CAUTION! Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. Step 1 Assemble bottom cart shelf and right side cart panel by using two M6 X 12mm bolts and star washers. (Hand tighten only at this point.) Step 2 Assemble bottom cart shelf and left side cart panel by using two M6 X 12mm bolts and star washers. Tighten all four M6 X 12mm bolts at this time. Step 3 Attach loop strap bracket onto bottom cart shelf by using two M6 X 12mm bolts. Locking Caster Hex Nut Wrench Locking Caster Hex Nut Wrench Hubcap Wheel Washer Wheel Axle Bolt Leg Step 4 With the help of a friend, turn the assembled cart over. Try to minimize the stress to the bottom plate. Step 5 Attach locking casters to the bottom of the left side cart panel. Tighten caster bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts card. Step 6 Install the wheels as illustrated, by inserting the wheel axle bolts through the wheels, washers and right side panel axle holes. Tighten axle bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts card. Step 7 Snap wheel hub caps onto the outside of wheels as illustrated. Step 8 With the help of a friend, turn the cart to its upright position. Step 9 Attach front panel to lower left and right leg of cart assembly using two M6 X 12mm bolts and star washers. Step 10 Attach tank heat shield to heat shield plate using one #8 self-tapping screw. Hubcap Heat Shield Plate Tank Heat Shield Step 11 Attach heat shield plate and front panel to the front of the cart frame assembly using two M6 X 12mm bolts with star washers. Heat Shield Plate Heat Shield Plate Grease Cup Heat Shield Plate Step 12 Attach heat shield plate to the back of the cart frame assembly using two M6 X 12mm bolts with star washers. Step 13 Place grease cup in middle of hole in heat shield plate. 27 Note: When performing Step 14, Lift grill body from front and rear panels to avoid injury to hands and fingers. Be sure to pass hose/regulator assembly above cart frame crossbar. Step 14 With the help of a friend, place grill body assembly on assembled cart frame. Grill body will rest on angled top of vertical supports. Align bolt holes located on the outside of the grill body assembly. Secure using four M6 X 12mm bolts with star washers.
