Lay cardboard down to protect grill finish and assembly area. CAUTION! Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. Step 1 Attach cart base to side cart legs. Insert four M6 X 12mm bolts (black) and star washers (black) through cart base and into legs and tighten securely. Step 2 Attach loop strap bracket onto cart base by using two M6 X 12mm bolts (black). Step 3 Attach front panel to legs using four M6 X 12mm bolts (black) and star washers (black). Note: With the help of a friend, turn the cart assembly over. Try to minimize the stress to the legs. Step 4 Attach locking casters to the bottom of the legs. Tighten caster bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts pack. Locking Caster Hex Nut Wrench Step 5 Install the wheels as illustrated, by inserting the wheel axle bolts through the wheels, washers and right side cart leg axle holes. Tighten axle bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts pack. Step 6 Snap wheel hubcaps onto the outside of wheels as illustrated. Note: With the help of a friend, turn the cart to its upright position. Try to minimize the stress to the legs. Step 7 Attach the rear support with heat shield plate to the rear legs of the cart frame assembly using two M6 X 12mm bolts (black) and star washers (black). Step 8 Attach heat sheild plate to front panel using three #8 self-tapping screws. 24 Leg Wheel Wheel axle Washer bolt Hubcap Grill Body Assembly 25 Step 9 Attach tank heat shield to heat shield plate using one #8 self-tapping screw (black). Note: When performing Step 10, Lift grill body from front and rear panels to avoid injury to hands and fingers. Step 10 With the help of a friend, place grill body assembly on grill cart. Grill body will rest between upper side sections of cart. Align bolt holes located on the inside of the grill body assembly. Secure using four M6 X 12mm bolts (black) with star washers (black). Step 11 Attach side table front panel to side table with two M6 nuts (black) and star washers (black). Step 12 Attach hooks to side table towel rack bar. Then attach towel rack bar to side table using two M6 X 12mm hexagonal bolts (silver) and lock washers (silver). Step 13 Attach side burner assembly front panel to side burner assembly with two M6 nuts (black) and star washers (black). 27 Step 14 Attach side table to left side of cart frame assembly. Insert two M6 X 12mm bolts (black) into both left legs halfway. Place table over bolts and slide toward back of grill, then tighten securely. Fasten side table front panel to grill body with one M6 X 12mm bolt (black). Step 15 Attach side burner assembly to right side of cart frame assembly. Insert two M6 X 12mm bolts (black) into both right legs halfway. Place side burner assembly over bolts and slide toward back of grill, then tighten securely.
